Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible using the information provided in the "Contact Us" section below. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already been prepared for shipment or has been shipped, the cancellation may not be possible, and you will need to follow our standard return process instead.

Refunds for cancelled orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, but it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Please consider using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proper tracking information.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a free shipping promotion on your original order, the standard shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

Some items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the item's purchase price. This will be clearly stated in the product description if applicable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment processor, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is reflected in your account.
